How long will my home inspection take?

A typical mid sized home takes between 2 to 3 hours (2000 Sq. ft. and less). Larger homes will take longer. The condition and age of the home are major factors when estimating the length of time needed to conduct a home inspection. Homes that are in poor condition will take longer to inspect.

What is the cost of a home inspection?

The cost of a home inspection depends on several factors. There is a base rate that depends solely on square footage and age.  There are multiple additional services that can be coupled into the home inspection.  Price depends on services rendered.

Are photos included in the report?

Yes, photos are included in the inspection report.

When will my report be ready?

Reports are typically ready in 24 hours.

Does a termite inspection cost extra?

A termite inspection is included in a general home inspection. There is no extra cost for a termite inspection.

Does a radon test cost extra?

Yes a radon test is an additional fee.
