Cancellation Policy

Class fees will be refunded at 90% for cancellations received 24 hours prior to scheduled class hours.

If the resource center must cancel a class for any reason and it is not rescheduled, attendees will receive complete refunds or the fee can be applied to a class scheduled for a later date.

If a class is paid for and is not attended, there will be no refund.

 

Attendance Policy:

The class must be attended by the person who registered in order to be credited with the number of CE’s the class was approved for. The entire class must be attended to receive full credit. Those who registered but do not attend will not receive a certificate.
